This topic describes how to uninstall NAS proxy from a Windows server.
Before you begin
Before you uninstall the NAS proxy, ensure that you have administrator privileges on the Windows server.
Uninstall NAS proxy from Windows

Log on to the server on which you installed the NAS proxy.
- For Windows server 2008 and 2012, from the Start menu, navigate to Control Panel > Programs >Uninstall a program.
- From the list of programs, uninstall Druva Phoenix Agent.
Complete the uninstall
Even after you uninstall the NAS proxy, your system preserves its configuration file and logs. To complete the uninstall process, you must manually delete these files.
Note: The configuration files and logs are retained as a safeguard against inadvertent uninstall operation. If you expect to install NAS proxy again, do not delete these files.
Delete the following folders:
These folders contain the log files and configuration files.
- Windows 2016 server
C:\ProgramData\Phoenix - Windows 2012 server
C:\ProgramData\Phoenix - Windows 2008 server
C:\ProgramData\Phoenix
