Device Details

次の表に Device Details 領域のフィールドを示します。

フィールド	説明
Device name	デバイスの名前です。 inSync はバックアップサイクルのすべてでホスト名をチェックします。デバイスのホスト名が変更されると、inSyncで自動的に更新されます。
User	デバイスを保持するユーザー名です。
Profile	デバイスを保持するユーザーに関連付けられたプロファイル名です。
Device Status	デバイスのステータスです。
inSync client version	デバイスにインストールされているinSyncクライアントのバージョンです。
Activated on	デバイスがアクティベートされた日時です。
Replace device status	Note: デバイスがReplace Device対象となった場合のステータスです。  デバイス交換時の各ステージで以下のステータスが表示されます。 ステータス ステージ Marked for Replacement ユーザーの古いデバイスが交換対象としてマークされたときに表示されます。 Activated Successfully by Admin デバイス管理者によって正常にアクティベーションされたときに表示されます。 Activation by Admin Failed 管理者によって開始されたアクティベーション手順が失敗したときに表示されます。 Admin Initiated Restore in Progress 管理者が開始したリストアが処理されているときに表示されます。 Admin Canceled Restore inSync管理者がデバイスの交換手順をキャンセルしたときに表示されます。 Admin Initiated Restore Completed 管理者が開始したリストアが完了したときに表示されます。 Activated Successfully by User ユーザーによりデバイスが正常にアクティベートされたときに表示されます。 Activation by User Failed ユーザーにより開始されたデバイスのアクティベートが失敗した場合に表示されます。 User Restore in Progress 古いデバイスのユーザーデータが新しいデバイスの一時的な場所に復元されているときに表示されます。 User Canceled Restore デバイス交換手順がユーザーによってキャンセルされたときに表示されます。 User Restore Completed 古いデバイスのデータが新しいデバイスで一時的な場所または復元先フォルダーに正常に復元されたときに表示されます。このステージの後、ユーザーの代理としてアクティベートされたinSync管理者のクライアントは無効になります。 Marked For Replacement With <新しいデバイスの名前> 復元が開始されたときに、ユーザーの古いデバイスが新しいデバイスに置き換えられるようにマークされている場合に表示されます。 このステータスはソースデバイス (バックアップ元) 上で表示されます。 Replaced With <新しいデバイスの名前> 古いデバイスが新しいデバイスに置き換えられ、新しいデバイス上で復元が完了すると表示されます。 個のステータスはソースデバイス (バックアップ元) 上で表示されます。

Backup Summary

次の表に Backup Summary 領域のフィールドを示します。

フィールド	説明
Last backup status	デバイスでの最終バックアップステータスです。
Backup data	最終バックアップ時にデバイスからバックアップされたデータ量です。
Total backup data	デバイスからバックアップされたデータの合計量です。
Last completed backup	デバイスが正常にバックアップされてからの経過時間です。
Files backed up	最終バックアップ時にデバイスからバックアップされたファイル数です。
Files missed	最終バックアップ時にデバイスからバックアップできなかったファイル数です。
Backup start time	最終バックアップが開始された日時です。
Backup end time	最終バックアップが完了した日時です。
Bytes transferred	最終バックアップ時にデバイスからinSyncマスターに転送されたデータ量です。

DLP Details

次の表に DLP Details 領域のフィールドを示します。

フィールド	説明
Platform	デバイス上のオペレーティングシステムの種類です。
DLP profile	デバイスのユーザーに紐づくプロファイルです。
Last connected on	デバイスがinSyncマスターと最後に接続した日時です。
DLP status	デバイスのDLPステータスです。

Map

デバイスに対してデバイス追跡が有効である場合、MAP 領域には、最後に認識されたデバイス位置が ON として表示されます。

Data Activity Trend

Note: inSync ElitePlus ライセンスでのみ利用可能です。

Data Activity Trend (データ操作傾向) は、各スナップショットの更新を視覚的に表したものです。inSyncは一連のバックアップジョブで、デバイス上の構成フォルダ―内のファイルがどのように変更されたかに関する情報を収集します。inSyncクライアントがバックアップジョブを実行してスナップショットを作成するたびに、inSyncクラウドは一連のパラメータを使用して現在のスナップショットと前回のスナップショットとの変更点を比較します。すべてのバックアップジョブで、inSyncは以下を監視します。

• 削除されたファイルの数
• 追加されたファイルの数
• 変更されたファイルの数
• 暗号化されたファイルの数 

Using the parameters above, the Data Activity Trend area renders a chart that indicates the updates in each snapshot. If inSync detects anomalous behavior, the snapshot is flagged in the graph. Such an anomalous behavior can indicate a potential threat in the device such as a ransom ware attack. 

You can click each bar in the Data Activity Trend chart to launch the Restore Data window. When the Restore Data dialog is launched, under the list of snapshots, anomalous snapshot is highlighted with a warning symbol. 

Note: If the end-user has enabled the privacy settings, you cannot run admin restore on the device. When you click on a bar in this case, you see an error message in place of the Restore Data window. 

When you select the snapshot, a banner is displayed at the top of the Restore Data dialog that indicates unusual data activity detected in this snapshot. 

You can use the Download Logs button in the Restore Data dialog to download a .csv log that describes the changes in files in this snapshot compared to the last snapshot, and can help you identify files that led inSync to flag this snapshot. You can either manually analyze the .csv log or use a third party tool for analysis that can detect potential threats. The .csv log contains the following fields that can help you in analyzing it:

File Name	Name of the file in the snapshot [turn it into a table]
Full Path	Path of the file on the device
File Type	File extension indicating the file type. For example, .png, .jpeg, and .mov.
File Size	Size of the file (in bytes).
File Modified Timestamp	Date and time when the file was modified.
Operation	Describes whether file was modified, added, or deleted.
File Created Timestamp	Date and time when the file was created.
SHA1 Checksum	Hash value of the file indicating bytes modified in the file. Can be used to detect a potential threat.
File Owner	Name of the file owner.

The Download Logs button is available for snapshots created after the feature is enabled. The Download Logs option is not available for the snapshots created before the feature is enabled. 

Note: Logs are not available for the first snapshot after unusual data activity is enabled. If you click Download Logs for the first snapshot, you see the Page Not Found (HTTP 404) error message.

From the Restore Data dialog, you can also select a snapshot that inSync did not flag for unusual data activity, and restore data on your device using that snapshot.
