Overview
This page gives an in-depth analysis of the selected user via graphs and tables.
Access path
On inSync Management Console, navigate to Users. Click a user name to view the user's details as described below.
Summary
The following table lists the fields in the Quota Summary area.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Device Backup Data | The sum of data in the backup folders on all devices of the user. |
| Share Data | The amount of data in the inSync Share folder on all devices of the user. |
| Device Usage (% Quota) | The amount of data on all inSync devices of the user. |
| Cloud Apps Backup Data | The amount of Cloud Apps data backed up by the user. |
DLP Summary
The DLP Summary area displays the number of user's devices that are being traced by inSync. The traced devices are displayed as points on the World map.
Activities
The Activities area displays the recent activities of the user. It also contains link to the user's activity stream.

The following table lists the fields in the User Summary area.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the user. |
| Email address | The email address of the user. Email alerts and notifications to the user are sent to this email ID. |
| Profile | The profile to which the user has been linked to. |
| Storage | The storage to which the user is linked. |
| CloudCache |
The CloudCache Server to which the user is associated. Note: If a user is not associated to any CloudCache Server, a double hyphen '--' is displayed. |
| User quota | The maximum amount of data the user can back up or share on the inSync server from all the devices. |
| User Status | The status of the user. |
| Added on | The user activation date and time. |
Profile Settings
The following table lists the fields in the Profile Settings area.

| Allow users to add devices | The ability of the user to activate inSync on their computers. |
| Max. devices | The total number of devices the user can back up by using inSync. |
| DLP | The data loss protection functionality has been activated for the user. |
| Share | The inSync share functionality has been activated for the user. |
| Privacy settings | The user can prevent the administrator from accessing their data. |
| Mobile access | The user can access inSync from their mobile devices. |
| Mobile backup/DLP | The user can backup data on inSync from their mobile devices. |
| Cloud Apps | The user can back up data from Office 365 services such as OneDrive and Exchange Online. |
Usage Statistics
Summary
The following table lists the fields in the Quota Summary area.

| Cloud Apps Backup data | The sum of Cloud Apps backup data on all devices of the user. |
| Device Backup Data | The sum of data in the backup folders on all devices of the user. |
| Device Usage (% Quota) | The percentage of quota used by the user. |
| Share Data | The amount of data in the inSync share on all devices of the user. |
Usage Details
The following table lists the fields in the Usage Details area.

| Total backup data |
The size of total backed up data of the user during the first and incremental backups. |
| Total share data |
The size of data in the inSync Share folder owned by the user. |
| Links | The number of download links created by the user. |
| # Shared folders | The number of folders shared by the users with other inSync Share users. |
Devices
The Devices tab lists all the devices linked by the user to inSync.

| Device Name | The name of the device. |
| Device Status | The status of the device. |
| Last Completed Backup | The date and time when the last backup was taken from the device. |
| Backup Data | The data backed up from the device. |
| Last Backup Status | The status of the last backup. |
| inSync Client Version | The version of inSync client installed on the device. |
Cloud Apps
The Cloud Apps tab lists all the Cloud Apps that are linked to the user.
| Field | Description |

| Cloud App |
The source of the cloud app. For example, OneDrive and Exchange Online from Office 365 services. |
| Cloud App Account | The cloud app that is integrated with inSync. |
| Last Completed Backup | The date and time when the last backup was taken from the cloud app. |
| Backup Data | The data backed up from the cloud app. |
| Last Backup Status | The status of the last backup. |
Activity Stream
The Activity Stream tab lists the recent activities of the user in the inSync Share folder.
